We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Request a Return
- Open the order in My Account → Orders.
- Click Request a Return, choose the item(s), pick a reason, and submit.
- Our team reviews your request and emails you the next steps, usually within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method (typically 5–7 business days to appear).
Items should be unused and in their original condition. Depending on the item, we may refund you without needing it back, or send return instructions with your approval email. Some items such as undergarments and personalized products can't be returned.
